The employee cannot begin working for the new employer until USCIS approves the petition. There are two exceptions to this requirement -- H-1B and H-2A. Unfortunately, there is no exception for E-3....

I've tried change of employer / extend of stay on e3 thru USCIS a few times. I did try premium processing once but the check and the PP form (I-907) was returned with a note saying that PP is not...

Thanks a lot! That's a big relieve for us. The EAD renewal has always been a headache since there is no way to speed up the process. This new 180 days automatic extension for EAD is a life saver.

On January 17, 2017, there will be a new policy in place regarding EAD renewal. EAD card will be renewed 180 days automatically when its approval is still pending with USCIS. My wife is on E3...

There is nothing I can do now except praying. If I went to consulate to renew my E-3 without involving USCIS at all, would I still be stuck at security check? ...

My E-3 visa expired 2 months ago but my I-94 is still valid. My employer filed E-3 extension for me to USCIS in Oct/2015, got RFE in Dec/2015, responded within one week. My case is still...
