We got told we needed our old passports by our attorney. I had mine but my wife had no idea where hers was.

Wasn't a problem, no one has asked for it and we've got our visas in hand ready to go...

They have to be US size specific (which not all photo booths can do), we had to get a professional photographer to do them as the local Kodak shop couldn't do that size.

The reason I ask is my wife will be starting her new role in the US at the start of September (and so will obviously will be paid in $ by the US...

No not criminal offences, just the standard fixed penalty notices (for 34mph in a 30 zone for example) which I don't believe are counted as criminal offences at least in...
