Greetings,

Applied for the contributory parent CA 143 in June 2016 for my mum. Haven't heard from the the dept apart from promptly deducting the funds.

Who can authorise the papers ? most of the doco needed are to be certified. Can a JP do it or are there any specifics for the 143 ?

Thanks again Pollyana. I'm not going to wait. Once the papers are lodged, would changes announced have an impact on the application, mainly the fee ?

Pollyana thanks for your reply. Please correct me if i'm wrong, If i take the 173 --> 143 path will the cost be A$ 29k ( 173 ) + A$ 43K ( 143 ) ?.
