Agreed, I came to Toronto from London back in 2001 (work in the Financial Technology sector) and I have no intention of ever moving back to the UK.

- commutes are much more palatable in Toronto,...

I loved driving in the UK where there are awesome roads and more liberal speed limits but the same joy doesn't exist in Ontario (esp the GTA where I live) .. it's 99% long boring straight highways...
