B1/B2 Visa and ESTA same time (Dual national)

i am a dual citizen (Pakistan + British). I already have a B1/B2 on my Pak Passport and have traveled several times. I wanted to apply for ESTA so i can just use one passport but...

Thank you for your time and advices, i received email today to submit my passport for visa. Administrative processing is completed, just took a month.
