Thanks, Meauxna. I filed I-130 (DCF) around end of June. The 60 day presence requirement was introduced in July. So, was fortunate to get my
I-130 approved prior to that.

Question Assetts question for I-864

Hi,

Can funds in 401K and IRA accounts be included as assets in I-864 ?

I would assume that they could be because funds in these accounts are liquid assets. But just wanted to be sure.

The marriage certificate is in English. Thank God....one less thing to worry about.

I just checked the fax I received from DHS - it does say to include wedding pictures alongwith the application....
