Can we not use the sponsor a member of the family class? Uncles are able to sponsor nieces, according to the CiC site.

Thanks for the replies everyone. I just did the CRS calculator and we're at 398. Does that mean we're wasting our time applying for Express? Do we get any extra points for having family in Canada?
