01 visa - changing sponsor help

Hello,

My husband is here in the US on an 01 and even though we love it, work has been hard to come by. He is going to leave his original sponsor and has a new production company to sponsor him...

I'd hoped that being near Griffin Park would help with the air so it's a bit depressing to hear it's going to get so hot there. I think I'm committed though as we haven't time to go out to the coast...
