Just as you pointed out 'hand to mouth' - a AED 500k/annum excluding schooling...

1 Bed townhouses are looking really nice but not smart designs! Saw couple of the floor plans on the ads and there is no 'room' for guests, albeit plenty of open spaces.

Cheers for the reassurance about Mirdif. Any thoughts on the other areas? We want to be in a community and have some amenities nearby - like shops, restaurants, parks etc. Found some good looking...

I actually meant it in a positive way, I need to be close to 311 to commute to Sharjah on a daily basis. I read in one of the threads some guys were arguing if Ajman is shi*, shi**ier or shi**iest...
