Question about medical

Just made my appointment for my medical and was told to bring all the papers i recieved from the Consulate. Now my question is: does that include my affidavit of support or just my biographical forms?

I wouldn`t support a war that kills innocent people either. The sanctions against Iraq however have killed millions of innocent people since they were imposed and although I don`t have exact numbers...

When I went to The R.C.M.P to get my certificate they instead directed me to the city police instead to get it. Is this certificate going to pass the mustard with officials?
