Yep he will be doing the letter, he is coming down to Cornwall for a week next week so I was hoping we could get it all done in one go on the Sunday but we will go and find a lawyer. Thank you.

Thanks, I thought that might be the case, I'm not sure they are sure what they are doing with them either so I will just keep doing what they ask in the hope we get there in the end.
