yes but there were to options. b1/b2 business / tourism and then there is b2 which is medical/ tourism, therefore I'm not sure which is the correct one, on the visa page it comes up as the b1/b2...

Well exactly but in that case it's impossible to really prove you won't stay in the us, but she seemed to think because I had the opportunity too, on the k1 visa but didn't stay, shows that I don't...

A bit frustrated because I don't think the lawyer necerssarily then gave the correct advise. Because she said everything is based on the fact I then went for a k1 visa.

So I entered on the k1 but left within the 3 months. We ended up breaking up. So nothing else was filled.
Esta has been denied ever since.
She said you put the letter on top of the DS160 I guess...
