Due to my ineligibility to travel to the US on the VWP I was successful in obtaining a B1/B2 at the end of Jan2016.

Just by way of update for anyone still interested. I have my interview for B1/B2 Visa towards end January. I am hopeful of a positive outcome.

That all makes sense. I'm fortunate that the UK parent which I own, I have CEO and complete team running and operating it all. Doesn't rely on me at all except to control the overall development...

I will indeed let you guys know how I get on. I have spent much of the day reading up on the INA, ineligibility, Waivers of such. Presumption of Immigrant intent and all that shit. Nightmare....
