B1/B2 Entry Time Period

I wonder if anyone can enlighten me please.

Due to my ineligibility to travel to the US on the VWP I was successful in obtaining a B1/B2 at the end of Jan2016.

Visa approved. Close run thing I think, but I'm in!

Just by way of update for anyone still interested. I have my interview for B1/B2 Visa towards end January. I am hopeful of a positive outcome.

I will indeed let you guys know how I get on. I have spent much of the day reading up on the INA, ineligibility, Waivers of such. Presumption of Immigrant intent and all that shit. Nightmare....
