I'm paying council tax to keep my residency as I do spend time in the UK just not enough to justify residency, I will be moving back permanently but not for another year and need my driving licence...

I just posted a similar enquiry, can I ask if when you returned to the uk did you declare your foreign addresses as your last 3 years of addresses? And this was accepted no problem? I've been away...
