in that case in my CAIPS notes total points mentioned in "Immigrant assessment record summary" is 71 in one row and another row everywhere is 00, whereas the visa officer has explained each...

I am bit confused on the last part that you have asked Mr. Miller too. But my friend said me that it's okay do it, will not hamper the immigration application still if you do, even CHC...
