Anyone used H20 or blackwireless - they both sell SIM's for unlocked phones. Its $30 a month for the base level. Setting up payment I suppose may be a challenge?

My husband has just had his o1 petition approved. We have our appointment at the embassy next week. Can anyone tell me if We need to take our 12 and 4 year old children with us to get their o3 visas?...
