Vermont Service Center & Montreal - Post your timelines!

As some of you know, Mack and I will be sending the I129F very shortly.

Did you use a lawyer?

I'm just curious. Mack and I are going to do this whole process ourselves, because hiring a lawyer is way too expensive. Who used a lawyer, and who did it themselves?

I understand, but he would have to save about $7,000 to add onto my income to g et to the 125% mark. do they even add his savings?

I have just recently filed for child support. The father lives in another state, and this could take up to a year to receive. Maybe I misled you, I do work full time and still do not make 125% above...

It was all a misunderstanding, as someone was asking me about the dcf when i was talking about the k-1, but thank you for going through all that rete!

we had origincally planned the next visit to be about a month away, due to insufficient funds, upcoming events we both have to attend, etc. but we literally coundn't wait, so he's coming back on July...
