Sorry I obviously didn’t explain myself very well in the original question.

Oh ok.
I haven’t removed them from the Uk. We are in Canada. We came as a family but then he left to move back to the Uk.

So should he leave out any details of custody of the children? He wants no part in their lives.

Quite simply I haven’t started the divorce because of the costs involved.

It was all done online by the consultant my work place hired. She made the decision. I just went with it and signed the paper work.

The schools have always been happy with the visitor record. I don’t mind what I need to apply for for the children. It’s the process that I am confused by.

It took 5 months from being submitted. Took around 6 months in preparation beforehand.
