First and foremost, I didn't feel the package I was offered reflected how much of a big job I would have once I got there. There were other factors too. My wife would have had to quit her job here...

I thought I would update this thread. In the last couple of weeks I was made a formal offer and after much thought and research, I turned it down. No moving to Barbados!
