It's almost clear now. I'll wait until I receive the new one and then send my EOI with the new letter date of issue

If the duplicate letter has the same date, then why they are asking me to return back the original one?!

As you might know that the letter should not be older than 3 years.
Mine was issued on 13Sep2012.
Will the duplicate letter has a new issue date? I'm really confused as I'm ready to submit...

My EA assessment letter was issued on 13Sep2012. Last week I submitted a request to issue a duplicate one but I've been informed by EA that it takes a minimum of 3weeks!

If I provide a reference letter for my 8years experience within the last 10 years, will that be enough or I have to provide a payslip for the 8years?!
