Perhaps enroll her at the school where you'll work? There are bilingual schools and local schools have English programs too. Otherwise, maybe there will be more options in Bangkok. Best of luck.

Very timely! I got some almonds and pistachios at Fruitti Nutti in Greenhills, San Juan. They do have Brazil nuts too.
