Ok great that's a huge help.
I will travel after, maybe 6 months later to enable me to travel a little longer before we settle in Canada.

Yes that is correct it's under the BC PNP Express Entry stream. Processing time 8-12 weeks and I'm around 7 weeks into this now.

Ok great, so I have to do the same for either option that makes...

I got in the second round and have sent my police form etc off last week.

You can have your police form at your house within 3 days.
