Exactly that, but I do have specialist skill which are unique otherwise the firm wouldn't have hired me.
That's why my lawyers are very surprised and are continuing to fight my case

My refusal had nothing to do with strong ties he didn't highlight it.

He highlighted the skills category that I won't be using UK specific skills when I actually will!!

Of course I will need somewhere to stay. I'll be homeless otherwise!! I just need somewhere temp like a roomshare. I have strong ties in the UK, I have a mortgage!

Well I have a foreign name and I'm tanned looking if that's what you mean.

But anyway the officer said that it really isn't ME and it isn't my fault and said I should come back in 2 weeks time...

I have very strong ties outside the US - he wasnt concerned about this...he just said the visa isnt suitable and you should come on a diff work visa which isnt true
