As far as I'm aware its for everyone. I'm still awaiting final clarification from Mark Walker of Sterling Advisory, who in turn is waiting for the uk to catch up with all their emails !!!!

Yes, I'm aware of this. But previously, after you had left the uk for five full uk tax years, you could have access to the funds without the 55% penalty being charged despite your age. For example,...

Anyone living on the west coast , I highly recommend Mark Walker of Sterling Advisory. He doesn't charge a fee, meets up with you where its convenient , and is also a nice guy.

After 5th April this year I have left the UK over five years. Last year I did a QROPS transfer, which went very smoothly and I'm very happy. By the way, Mark Walker of Sterling Advisory is very good....

I believe you also enter in the same amount under 'other deductions', on UFile, and specify its a transfer in of uk pension. This seems to work as regards the 'results' on UFile, but I would love to...

Hi Ann m. I'm trying to do my tax return on UFile for the 4th year, and have QROPS to include this year. If you could dig out what you did to help me that would be greatly appreciated. thank you
