Thanks all - we will see how we get on and decide once we know the likely delivery timeframe. We can be flexible (ish) re: our plans to go to Northern Ireland if we need to be.

Indeed, thanks! The NOA2 said to wait at least 8 weeks before contacting the Embassy. Wish we'd not taken that so seriously!

She did see it however her accountant explained that because I don't have an SSN that she couldn't file as married. Hence the problem now...

Thanks both. Yes Rene she is in the UK (dual citizen US/UK) but has earnings and assets in both countries. Thanks Ian, we'll start working on making the amendments.
