It will take time to get the facts, but I am 99% sure it is CIMT since it was theft related and they were over 18.

According to Google we think it is, although it was 20-odd years ago and we're not sure about the actual charge. So we'll need to look in to that. BTW, I am not suggesting we attempt an illegal...
