Consulate interview on 21 Feb 2017, and approved.

DHL delivered passports on 7 March 2017 - 9 March arrived in Atlanta and passport stamped.

It's been a long wait.

You'll only know if your PERM case was selected for audit around 4 months after submitting it.
Currently the PERM processing for non-Audit cases is around 4 months.

My PERM was submitted on 8 Dec...

The PERM processing is a lot faster these days, taking 4 to 5 months.

Is the current H-1B employer offering the L-1A ?

For L-1A, you would need to have worked for the international company for one year continuous outside the US prior to being assigned in the US, so...

For almost 7 years I've been on an L-1 visa, wage and perdiem paid in GBP in the UK and submitted federal and state tax returns every year.

On 4 May the lawyers sent the response to the audit by FedEx.

The audit requested evidence of the company's advertising of the post, and all applicants.

I was getting all exited with December 2015 PERM's being processed as early as April 2016 (4 to 5 months wait), .....then yesterday I got word from the lawyers that my application has been selected...
