Relocating to So Cal near Irvine imminently. Had conflicting advice from colleagues in new company as whether or not realtors are any help.

Some have said there is no money for realtors in rentals...

Thanks for the tips. Irvine is where the office is, and there is a wide range of places I've been looking at - Tustin, Anaheim Hills, Lake Forest and points south
