Not a problem at all. 1 option down. 2 options left to avoid 4,49 € + stamp duty each month with monthly charges.

With the 55+ even easier. You have 3 options to have the Bank full services without any monthly charges. Do you have your pension directly with this account?

Even without your salary paid directly into your account it's possible to avoid monthly fees with Novo Banco. Do you have a 360' or a 100% account?

A bank repossession is the best way to have a lower interest rate:

- Banco Popular - 1,5 % spread and LTV up to 100 %;
- Montepio Geral - 2 % spread and LTV up to 100 %;
- Santander - 2,35 %...
