I just called the Pet Travel Scheme department in DEFRA and they said that he can fly into France and will be treated as any other European dog when entering UK. Thats a result! Fly into Paris...

Yes I will be waiting atleast 6 months until she is sure. I am a planner and just want to know just in case!
