Agency Cheffing in the US?

My husband has been a chef in England for the past 18 or so years. Do they have agency chefs in the US? He just wants to do some sub work until he decides what he wants to do job wise.

Thanks! They are on amicable terms, and he is sorting something out. His last day of work is tomorrow :) and he has just over 2 weeks to get everything sorted. I just hope that the notarised letter...

If you're in the states and your spouse is abroad....
1) file I-130
2) when you get your Notice of Action file the I-129F. Assume the word Fiancee means spouse.
