what options would they be then? is it easier to relocate to Canada and then eventually LA? ive heard canada to la immigration is abit more leanient. I dont mind living in Canada for the time being...

Okay so if they stamp 90 days regardless do I need a reason of how long I need? and so UK LLC can go to US and open a business without a visa?

Yes I will do! planning to go out there January 2015 for three months, see what happens. I knew it would be quite a challenge thats why I came on here to find out some alternative routes I could take...

Yeh seen the investment visa, youre right not atm no. My dad does but he wouldnt be willing to pay that for me and then go broke lol.

thanks for clearing that up! so on the visa waiver programme does the border officer grant me how many days I can stay or can I stay for 88 days on that visa?
