I know Brazilians don't need visas. I just need to know if we need to apply for EU treaty rights for him to be able to live and work there as a spouse, because that's what the Irish government...

Thanks for replying! There is a course taking place in Lisbon around the end of February called the CELTA course, which everyone has said I will need if I want to teach English in Lisbon....

According to this site which was updated pretty recently, it says nothing about the Surinder Singh route closing. It also says that 3-6 months is an okay amount of time to live and work in another EU...
