Technicalities of geography aside, up until today I was looking more at Kitchener, but I came across a couple of message boards earlier where multiple people said that they preferred Guelph to settle...

Apologies, perhaps I mistyped. By 'South', all I meant was 'lower than Toronto on a map', which Guelph etc is.
