Thanks for the replies and sorry I should have said - yes they are on stretchers. They do have some collage type materials on them so rolling would not be ideal if it can be avoided.

Thank you... I was put in a cell, i don't know if it was formally recorded... nothing came up on my police certificate. I declared this they asked for a court record and I do not believe one exists,...

Just to update...

My police check showed 'No Trace' so I thought I was OK and explained in my application I couldn't send a court record as there wasn't one. However I couldn't send any court...

We paid his fees up front (stupidly). I'm getting my wife to dig out the contract and any correspondence we've had i haven't yet seen and go from there... :-(

Thanks very much for the advice... to be honest I've never thought of myself as a habitual user and it had never been an issue in my life before. There have been periods where I've gone a year or two...

Thank you. I'm hoping a letter from my mother-in-law who is a justice of the peace (though in a different state) may help. I'll make sure my wife's name is on all the paperwork, that's good advice.

This has me very worried as I am booked to do something similiar. My wife (American national) flies over sevral weeks before I do but can't take the cat as she needs to find a flat when she arrives....

Eventually booked with KLM flying via Amsterdam to Houston - £505 for me and $200 for the cat as checked-in luggage which seems extremely reasonable. It'll be 13 hours journey there and then a five...

Thanks. From what I've can see BA insist on it out of the UK. The link from this takes you straight to through to IAG Cargo and if you fill in details from there you get contacted by agents...
