We also came with our Aussie PR visa. We entered NZ in end of Dec 2004 and are now eligible to apply for NZ RRV. We are thinking of whether we should move to Aussie due to the new 4-year citizenship...

The news is certainly unwelcome but doesn't mean it is misleading.

You are right if you are a current HECS or PELS student in Oz. Then you're still under the current HECS/PELs...

If a PR enrols the first time in 2005 or after 2005, he/she is no longer...
