on reflection selling the house is more stressful. As a Post July 2004 applicant and even with the Christmas holiday break, we received our visas in February. With the house sale not even hapenning...

Nice one - we're in the same boat waiting to sell house and have to validate by 19th December. Worried may have to pop over if house not sold in a couple of months. Another £5K off the selling price...

even though i moved away from South London 16 years ago to Dorset. Perth is cleaner than Dorset and a sign more cleaner than flithy dirty South...

If i remember correctly - I think my CO said our son was okay even though he was 16 at time of Police checks. So i'm guessing over 16 is the threshold. But, why not email your co and ask - just in...

Didn't use an agent - read all the paperwork loads of times. Made sure we crossed the I's and t's and spent loads of time on this forum searching the facts. Some agents who gave free advise where...
