Just a quick update guys - I received my notification letter from the US Embassy that my 3rdwaiver (for L1 visa) has been approved for 5 years. I waited for 4 months and 1 week (18 weeks I believe)...

First waiver took 7 months
Second waiver took 4 months
Third waiver - patiently waiting and keeping my fingers crossed for 3 months now (sorry I don't count to the weeks)

when you lodged your ds-160 application online, you would have received a confirmation number. You need to use that confirmation number to check the status.
