Just a heads up on this their processing times for this form is 14 months (CA Office). I filled my in early Sept 16 and had to get an extension to the letter you get.

I don't know about the I129F packet but I know that the DS160 was sent in on the 4th/5th and I had my letter on the 7th with an interview date of 3 weeks time

Sadly this agrees with the lawyer's POV as well and why we took the decision to split the legal and celebratory parts of the marriage up by a couple of months. Besides Italy should have cooled down...
