Well all, I have my son passport now, about 11 weeks door to door on what was quoted as a minimum 4 weeks cycle time. it was delivered to my china address by DHL

I am just happen it is done and...

Thanks for sharing. Surely there would be other departments that could be pulled in to cover the peak period.

I will keep up the fight. I suggest we all email the head of HMPO and let him know the challenges we have faced '<<snip>>'.

All,

I have heard nothing from Liverpool passport Office but got an email from my MP stating that they called him and that my sons passport was issued today. :O

Oh god now I need to vote for...

Cheers Vexcore. I relocated to US in April. Wife and kids stuff in China due to this passport issue - wife very likely to kill me when she eventually gets here!!

Same issue for me. I applied for a renewal passport for my son and sent the application on March 16th [from China] but was registered as received on March 24th by Liverpool.

I have phone many...
