I guess I wont be able to apply in person in my case as the visa office is in Mexico and ill be on the other side of the country in Puerto Vallarta.

I crossed the border February 12th, 2017 and still not received the card in the mail.

I have send numerous IRCC Web form enquirers but they dont state an ETA in any of the replies. So I am stuck...

Well the PR processing times stated 45 days, its been 3 months and by the time the holiday comes around it would have been 4 months. I was expecting this to be plenty of time.

Yes that's why it is so difficult, plus I don't have my old passport for previous trips out of Europe so it really will be my best guess.

I wonder what it is they do to clarify this information?

Secondly, if this helps I am currently in Canada working for the employer that I gained my Provincial Nomination through and this was LIMA exempt. I am also working on a valid work permit.

No I don't have a LIMA, I have a Provincial Nomination and did that LIMA exempt form as part of my Nomination when I received it.
