Thanks for the replies. I've not yet found work but things are looking okay. I have two interviews set up in Slovenia. Both in tourism. Back in England now, but will be heading to Ljubljana shortly.

China and Hong Kong aren't quite as strict on formal qualifications as people believe, I've worked in Shanghai and keep considering moving to Hong Kong as anytime I've been there I love it....

The air pollution will be a problem in big cities. However a friend of mine in Beijing gets health insurance from his employer and tells me that the hospitals there are very good, he has a long term...

As I am also in China, I agree with vex core. I've met people before that have faked documents.

There is a big problem with recent graduates coming to Asia and thinking "yeah great we can party...

In china this happens regularly. A lot of the schools are private, and it's teaching of all ages, I couldn't take it but I was offered a job in a university, and I've not even finished university yet...

I don't know if your still thinking of moving over, but ignore the person who said it was difficult to get a job without a degree. I live in Shanghai and I sometimes get offered jobs on the subway....
