In Estonia 13year old can tell what he wants and parents can't force him. When I tried to take him to Australia to enter and validate his visa he refused and I tried to take him despite his refusal....

No, his police certificate has been issued. It just took four months to be done as Canadian authority are the way too slowly in issuing any documents. Or it might be just in my view as I used to...
