Looks like Google voice offers the best rates but at the moment I'm using this new app since they are having an event promotion http://www.globalcall-1plus1.com . The normal call rate to call UK...

My son recently moved to that states for higher studies and we were
wondering if there is any inexpensive way for us to make calls to US/UK
mobile/landline phones.
