We used them in 2015 to move a 20ft Shipping Container from Florida to Birmingham. Worked out very well for us, excellent service and a great understanding of all that was needed in the US and UK.

Moved from the UK on a R1 Visa in 2001.

Self petitioned for GC in 2003. GC received in 2005.

Became a citizen in 2010.

Moved back to the UK in 2015.

I agree with BIP that the ILR was an unnecessary expense, however the turmoil that the unpleasant entry experience caused for my wife made the peace brought by the ILR whilst the MN1 was still "lost"...

Yes both have USA passports. Applications found in early July completed in late September. ILR was done same day with premium processing, at considerable expense!

We faced exactly this situation in June 2015. Applied for MN1 in April from the USA, Home Office last the applications, when we moved in June and had to enter the UK with our daughters and no visa. ...

If you have adopted the child then you have full parental rights over the child. Producing the court papers for the adoption or an adoption decree will be all the consent you need.
