As long as he makes the required amount he should be fine (with 1 job or 2 jobs), but he must make that required amount for 6 months BEFORE he applies for your visa. Or he needs a job offer/s in...

This is the bit I am confused about, they have to pay the levy and also pay 150% of the cost of treatment? Or by paying the levy they can use the NHS the same as UK citizens?

If you have been living together for 2 years you should be fine, just make sure you have evidence that you lived together (juminhyo since I guess everything else will be in one or the other's name)....

Wow really? That just seems crazy that I can take him anywhere else in the EU except the UK *_* I mean I knew about the SS route but I guess I just assumed the non EU citizen needed a work visa.

I am aware of this, but if we were to move to say somewhere else in EU, he could potentially get a work visa and I (I think) could look for work once there. True we could do this for the UK as well,...
