Jay Peak EB-5?

Is anybody here familiar with the current status of Jay Peak projects? Are they still looking for investors for their projects? They seem to have quite good results (getting the PGC at least).

Any input? If I hire a lawyer indecently without knowing if he serves regional centers, couldn't he get sued by being not having proper lawyer conduct?

Yes I do understand that EB-5 is a very risky biz and nobody would do them if the GC were not a possible attachment to it.

Would working with a relatively famous lawyer in the eb-5 industry who also takes corporate clients (i.e. eb-5 regional centers) cause "conflict of interests", assuming I hire him before choosing any...
