Yes - we did both UK and Canadian

It's pretty common to frontload these (but whether it's a good idea depends on your post-grant timeline).

The correct answer to your query is that if they apply and can demonstrate they meet the set criteria they will get a visa - quite simple really.

I handwrote 3x PCC's onto the checklist (put them at the back of the pile and logged them as the lowest numbered items when folioing...) Case officer figured it out fine. Visa granted OK/quickly.
