Cheers & good news, it was approved.

It's the 4th time I've been to the US Embassy but could not remember the previous times! I'll state some things below, hopefully will help :)

Also for me, it took 11 calendar days from filing for initial approval to come through & this was with Prem processing.

I've had an L1b before but it's still nerve wracking even on the 2nd time!

Hi.

I am going through this process right now, so hopefully this helps.

The petition was approved two weeks ago, I received the paperwork last Wednesday, completed the DS-160 & all items...

It depends on what time you start but I think that will not be a nice commute tbh, I would say 1hr +. I worked at the I5 & 805 split, lived in Mira Mesa & Carmel Valley. Depends on what you are after...

Hi. Good luck with the move! I went out to San Diego in 2008 on a L1-b visa, it is valid for 3 years & then you can get an extension for two. After that you have to leave the US for at least 12...

unless I'm reading it wrong, I was in the US all year for both 2012 & 2011...so with the 27 days for 2103 it = 208 days

I have already completed a UK Tax return just recently for April 2012 to March 2013...but the same Tax person will be doing one in the future for Apr 2013 to...

I have a couple of times but he hasn't answered the question, we just have a meeting setup for Tuesday but seems so long off and worrying a bit.
