Any tips to cope with the heat/humidity?

I've made sure I've got plenty of breathable cotton clothes and know to drink plenty of water, not sure if there's anything else I can do except take it...

Hopefully visas are quite quick, I'm going out on a tourist visa to begin with. I suppose will just cross that bridge when I come to it if the work visa takes longer!

I wondered if it would be more expensive there but I guess I don't have a choice now since the GP here won't do a prescription for it so close to my travel date....

Is it easy to get the vaccination for Rabies in KL? There is not enough time for me to have it in the UK before I leave.
